The primary challenge was to create a unified digital hub that bridges the original Greek trilogy with the modern Norse duology.

The branding for God of War required a balance of “Rage” and “Redemption.”
We moved away from standard UI patterns to create a bespoke visual language that mirrors the series’ transition from the marble of Olympus to the snowy peaks of Midgard.
Visual Palette
Obsidian blacks and glacial blues, accented with "Leviathan Teal" and "Spartan Crimson" to represent the dual nature of Kratos’ weapons.
Typography
Custom runic-inspired headings paired with sharp, modern sans-serifs to blend the ancient world with next-gen gaming tech.
Asset Mastery
Integrated full-bleed 4K renders and custom-animated particle effects (snow, ash, and embers) to keep the user immersed.
Dynamic Identity
The branding shifts visually as the user scrolls, moving from Greek architectural elements to Norse runic carvings.

A dedicated section where users can hover over the Blades of Chaos or the Leviathan Axe to see real-time 3D rotations and lore snippets.

Integrated 60FPS video backgrounds and auto-playing trailers that are optimized for zero lag on mobile and desktop.
Story Timeline
A horizontal-scroll timeline that breaks down every game in the series, from the 2005 original to God of War Ragnarök.
